		<description>When I injured my knee and had to go to physical therapy at the end of the session they would apply cold towels and compresses to help with the swelling.  I have no idea why I thought heat would help, but now I know better.  I suppose the same approach could help with cramps.</description>

		<description>Someone told me to lie straight on my back and lift my legs for a while so they're perpendicular to the rest of my body. It helps. I was also prescribed B complex by my doctor.</description>
