MY BROTHER WAS TOLD BY A NURSE TO DRINK A LITTLE TONIC WATER
CONTAINING QUININE, THAT IT HAS MUCH LESS QUININE THAN A PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION, BUT IT STILL WORKS. THIS HAS ALSO
BEEN DISCUSSED BY DR. GOTT IN THE NEWSPAPER COLUMN.

I used to get a lot of leg cramps mainly when I was pregnant. I figured out when I stretched my legs out in the middle of the night I would always then get a cramp. When I felt I needed to stretch out that was my trigger that a cramp was about to come. I stopped stretching my legs out while I was still in bed and the cramps went away. I haven't had a cramp in a couple years. My doctor told me to try taking a b complex vitamin it helps.
