exercise and vitamins!

Obviously proper nutrition and exercise is good for your body, but until I began to experience leg cramps I wasnt much of a ‘health nut.’ However, just adding walking and stretching and a multivitamin to my daily grind, I have found atleast a 90% relief from the cramps!

You’re right about stretching. I used to do yoga when I was younger but fell out of the habit. Now that I’m middle-aged, I have gotten back into stretching and I realize how very important it is to keep limber. It helps to get rid of cramps and aches.

stretching can really flex the muscles and there is nothing better to it than yoga. also warming up exercises help if u do them before stretching

I have actually found that sometimes i “over-stretch” and this can cause a leg cramp, I also experience a lot of really bad “charley horses” while in the pool, where i get excersize as well. so while it can work for some it has not been my experience
