		<description>I have actually found that sometimes i "over-stretch" and this can cause a leg cramp, I also experience a lot of really bad "charley horses" while in the pool, where i get excersize as well. so while it can work for some it has not been my experience</description>

		<description>stretching can really flex the muscles and there is nothing better to it than yoga. also warming up exercises help if u do them before stretching</description>

		<description>You're right about stretching.  I used to do yoga when I was younger but fell out of the habit.  Now that I'm middle-aged, I have gotten back into stretching and I realize how very important it is to keep limber.  It helps to get rid of cramps and aches.</description>
