Foam?!
I found that I need to care for my legs during sleep hours just as much as I do for wake hours. I purchased a memory foam pillow and sleep with it under my legs. I notice that when I use the pillow my legs arent so cramped in the morning. It’s good to have some relief.
Trying using a pillow under your legs in the evening for some relief in the morning/

I discovered the “pillow between the legs” trick while I was pregnant. It made a world of difference for me and I do this to this day. I am not sure why it works….maybe it takes pressure off of the joints or aligns them in a more comfortable position.

That is something I would never have thought of on my own!
I will have to give it a try tonight.
