Foot Flexes
Flexing the foot on the leg that is cramped will pump the blood to the area and relieve the cramping. Daily vitamins are also a very good idea.

I absolutely agree with this…it can not hurt anything! Diabetic socks enable better blood flow in legs, so it seems to me that this may be a good solution.

It is true that keepind the muscles flexed will sometimes avoid the tightening. Although it keeps the blood flowing it might also cause the cramp to feel like its worsening.

i can fully agree my physical teacher at college adviseed me to do this and it really helped me.
