Potassium helps!
I have always been told that when having leg cramps, a helpful remedy is to eat a banana. Supposedly, the potassium in the banana is helpful. It works for me! And bananas are yummy!

My grandmother swore by this. She suffered horribly from leg cramps at night. She said that bananas helped her tremendously!

One thing to add-do not go over board–too much potassium can
be very dangerous!

Yes, you’re right, my doctor told me that too. Bananas have lots of potassium, and postassium helps to relax muscle spasms.

Potassium helps in many ways physically to avoid the craps. It keeps the muscles from becoming over tired. This is a good idea if you are serious about getting rid of the cramps.
