My grandson seems to get cramps quite frequently while playing football? Is there a way to help prevent these cramps? Maybe a certain stretch he can do? Or certain foods or liquids he should drink?

Flex the foot of the cramped leg up and down as far as possible. This will pump blood into the cramped area.

Obviously proper nutrition and exercise is good for your body, but until I began to experience leg cramps I wasnt much of a ‘health nut.’ However, just adding walking and stretching and a multivitamin to my daily grind, I have found atleast a 90% relief from the cramps!

- Cold Water Helps
I take large towels and run them under ice cold water. I ring them out and fold them up so that they will lay across the backs of my legs. Laying on my stomach, I place them on the back parts of my legs for relief. -Thomas, 41
